2021 Design Sprints to Address SDOH: Collaborative Vision to Expand and Engage our Aging Cooperative

Learn more about the Wright Center for Community Health’s partnerships with Telespond Senior Services, Lackawanna County Dept. of Human Services Area Agency on Aging & United Way of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties. This cross-sector partnership team worked collaboratively in the 2021 Design Sprint program, facilitated by NACHC and AAPCHO, to help community health centers and their partners address social determinants of health and health equity needs in their communities.
