Investing in Health Center Pathways for Equitable Health and Well-Being Project Definitions

Terms related to both the health equity and justice, equity, diversity and inclusion (JEDI) spaces were used throughout the planning process for the Health Equity Community of Practice and 2022 Design Sprints: Strengthening Local & Strategic Partnerships for Change. However, many of these terms are understood differently, which may interfere with the clarity of the intentions for and learnings from the project activities. In consultation with the project’s national expert advisory group, NACHC has created a project glossary to ensure all those participating in both the 2022 Health Equity CoP and Design Sprints are using the same lexicon.
